16 private organizations that meet international quality standards were awarded a certificate of recognition

Addis Ababa 11/06/2023 (Motri) The Ministry of Trade and Regional Cooperation has been providing various technical support to the private sector in the national quality infrastructure improvement project that is being implemented in collaboration with the World Bank.
With the support provided, 16 private organizations that have met international quality standards /ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and WRAP/ have been given recognition certificates.
The companies received this recognition because they met international quality standards with the support and monitoring provided by the ministry in collaboration with the World Bank and the Industrial Parks Development Corporation.
The accredited organizations are four manufacturers and twelve are service providers, and the accreditation certificate will enable them to offer their products and services competitively to the international market, said the Minister of State for Quality Infrastructure and Assurance.
