It is expected that more than $100 million dollars will be signed at the Gulf Food Exhibition in which Ethiopia is participating

Addis Ababa, February 22,2023 (MOTRI): Ethiopia is also participating in the 2023 Gulf Food Exhibition, which is held every year in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Minister of Trade and Regional Integration, Mr. Gebre Meskel  Chala, and the Minister of State for Foreign Trade and Promotion Mr. Kasahun Gofe are participating in the exhibition. More than 6,000 business operators will promote their products at this trade and exhibition bazaar in which more than 180 countries participate. This has a great role in creating market linkages for Ethiopian exporters.

The Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration  has carried out several coordination activities so that exporters can benefit from this opportunity.

A pavilion for promoting export trade was also opened at the exhibition, where various export products were presented.

The exhibition will facilitate a wide trade network and it is expected that more than 100 million dollars worth of trade contracts will be signed in the country
