Addis Ababa 22/05/2023(MOTRI) The Ministry of Trade and Regional Relations has announced that it is planned and underway to carry out cement marketing digitally. In the Ministry's Office of Domestic Trade and Consumer Protection, Mss. Mesekerem Baheru, Chief Executive Officer, stated that preliminary work is being done by identifying the cement marketing to be done with the help of technology.
Marketing of cement with the help of digital technology will help to make cement accessible to the society at an estimated price, to track the distribution from the factory to where it reaches, to update the marketing system of the sector to shorten the marketing chain and to establish a business system free from illegal brokers, the leader said.
The implementation of digital marketing will solve many problems seen in the business sector, said Mss. Meskereme, planning to make cement marketing accessible to the society with the help of technology.
